“After our wall to wall carpet got damage in the August rainstorms, we went to a few places, but only Kaoud provided a personal touch. Joanne came out to look at the floors the same day I called and provided recommendations on what kind of flooring was best suited.
In addition, she provided her design eye to make sure our choices went with the colors of the rooms the flooring would be installed.
