Went to Pharmacy at 4 pm on a Sunday to pick up a prescription. Already, this was a plus, because Walgreens is closed. No wait time and “Mojgan” there was helpful, efficient, delightful. A great CVS.

Person who did not speak well english would not allow me to use the bathroom. If you asked the other worker she was going to give it to us but then the worker who did not speak well convinced her not to due to “cleaning” even though it’s two hours before closing and no other worker had an issue but her.

Every time I go into CVS Ridgefield I get extremely frustrated. The wait is always long and the order is often wrong. I hate to give a bad review because the people are typically very nice, but this has been going on for many years now.
