“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tiffany at Porcelanosa in Greenwich for the past 13 years, and I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She has been an incredible resource on every project I’ve worked on. Tiffany is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and truly cares about her clients. She has an amazing eye for design and is always willing to go the extra mile to help find the perfect products and solutions. No matter how big or small the project, she makes the entire process feel easy and stress-free. What I appreciate most is that Tiffany genuinely listens, offers honest advice, and always follows through. Over the years, she’s become someone I completely trust, and I know I’m in great hands every time I walk into the Greenwich showroom. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service and someone who truly loves what they do, ask for Tiffany. She is one of the biggest reasons I continue coming back to Porcelanosa after all these years. Thank you, Tiffany, for 13 years of outstanding service!”

“Carlos did an amazing job. A mold company tore up my kitchen and left me with no lower cabinets or countertop. Carlos found the right cabinets and a nice countertop, and he finished everything in just one day. He was very clean, careful, and exact. I highly recommend him. I was able to cook my first dinner in over a month. Thank you, Carlos!”

“Our home has LEICHT kitchen, bathroom, and closet cabinetry, and the quality is outstanding. Even more impressive, however, is the customer service. When we recently needed a spare part, Brian—an exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive longtime employee in Greenwich —handled our request immediately and even provided the part free of charge. After more than ten years, well beyond the seven-year warranty, it is wonderful to know that LEICHT continues to stand behind its products and customers.”

“Sarah and her team helped create the kitchen that I have been dreaming about. As a professionally trained baker, I knew I needed someone intimately aware of how a kitchen should be laid out and work as efficiently as possible. Sarah was able to find the delicate balance of an efficient cook space with the storage and aesthetic needs of a home kitchen where people congregate and live. Kind, professional, honest, and straightforward. Sarah delivered the high end kitchen that I was hoping for.Services: Kitchen design”

“Jaz was an absolute pleasure to work with on my kitchen project. Despite some snafus with the countertop templater that were outside of ProSource's control, she advocated for me to ensure that the job was done right and in good time. Their product offering is excellent. Additionally, Angelo was extremely helpful in swiftly replacing tiles which had been shipped from the manufacturer with damage. They are very responsive, easy to work with, and their showroom makes it very easy to pick everything you need (I purchased new engineered wood flooring, kitchen countertops, and kitchen backsplash tiles) in one spot. Highly recommend.”

“Tough to maneuver with the amount of space you have and then with oncoming cars and fedex trucks honking their horns because it’s the rule while leaving the garage makes it alittle difficult .if fedex garage is open and their isn’t a truck in their it will help BUT if there’s a truck in there might have to blindside like I did took me an hour… not to scare you you may be better than I am ?♂️”

“I had the pleasure of working with Donna, and I can’t recommend her enough. The showroom is top-notch, offering only high-quality products. I had visited a competitor who tried to upsell me on some of the most expensive fixtures out there, but Donna was different—she listened. I told her I was on a budget but still wanted great plumbing, and she delivered. She helped me choose fixtures that exceeded my expectations without breaking the bank. She supported me throughout the entire process, and everything arrived on time—even when I had a couple of change orders. I’d definitely recommend them. And they are priced very fair-I compared them to Amazon and Build.com and they were always cheaper.”
