The store closed at 7pm but he stayed to get things fixed for her. He went way above and beyond what needed to be done. Thank you, Jack!”
“We arrived at 4:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon after a disappointing visit to another Verizon store. We were greeted by Justin even though he was waiting on 2 other customers. My phone would not power on so I was very upset about losing data. Justin spoke with the help line to resolve another issue and worked on the new phone until 6:15 pm. Many thanks to Justin for a job well done and staying so late on a Sunday so I could go home with a new working phone!”
