I’m very picky on who my vehicles go to, but moving to the area and always walking my dog by the shop, I figured to give them a shot and I’ve never been so pleased. John was able to get my truck in and taken care of once the parts came in which was sooner than expected. I called Keith’s and I was told to come down and we would go from there. After a diagnosis I was able to return about an hour later for the repair. “Tucker was extremely respectful, could not have been more nice and professional. Fixed my front brakes, and told me the back brakes did not need attention now, which i appreciated. Also i told him i probably needed a new battery, because leaving my door open for a short time caused me to jump it twice already , door in vehicle was noteven opened long, and caused a dead battery which was strange. He tested it and said no your battery is good, and he did other things as well too see. then he asked me a question to which i answered yes , then the reason was solved . I’m highly confident another mechanic would easily of charged me for a battery i did not need . But Tucker and his mechanics did not. Thanks again , i will be back”
