They correctly identified the problem and fixed it completely. I was satisfied with my personal experience and will bring my car here from now on for all repairs. “Got my tires changed somewhere else, and my rear L differential was stuck. Hicks was very honest in letting me know it may be a tricky job, but they did their best to work with my car in a timely manner. Felt very comfortable with the staff and was treated with respect very professionally.”

“I called up a day prior to replace side mirror assembly (I bought it from amazon). Scott was kind enough to accommodate me at last moment and fixed it up real quick in 15-20 mins. He just charged me $50 for it and I was on my way. All the other nearby auto repair shops gave me exorbitant quotes and did not allow me to bring my own assembly. I would definitely come back for any future repairs.”

“I was a first time customer, and felt super comfortable with the entire process. Terri went out of his way to explain options to me, and also explain what the actual issue was. He was patient when my warranty company delayed inspection, and was super understanding about everything. When my warranty company only covered part of the repairs, and I couldn’t afford to complete the rest - He still jump started my car in the rain, and topped off the oil so I could make it home safely when the covered work was completed. I will be very comfortable bringing my vehicles back here moving forward.”

“Please do not give any credence to the single negative review about Mark. Her review alone is all I need to understand completely why Mark refused her "business". She's the problem in her own life. I doubt I would have handled it as well as he did! Seek help young lady. Mark's been our trusted mechanic for all 4 of our vehicles for the last 7 years after he was highly recommended by a close friend. Truthful, accommodating, prompt, professional, knowledgeable... He's everything you'd want in a mechanic. Read the other reviews for the real picture. Have a nice day!”

“Everything and everyone from the customer service desk, Chris the service advisor and service techs who listened to what I wanted, not what they wanted to hear. They were honest and forthcoming in their response and delivered the parts and service repairs as quickly as possible. Upon completion, I had no reason to question the service and cleanliness. It’s not cheap but it’s high quality. You get more than you pay for with Cummins service. The only thing I dislike is calling Cummins corporate services. They’re useless, so deal directly with the local Cummins service companies.”

“Had a tire that kept going flat so I booked a last minute appointment. The poor mechanic was flooded with work when I arrived and I could be waiting awhile before it was my turn. He still stopped what he was doing to take a quick look at my tire in case it was an easy fix which I really appreciated. Before I knew it, he walked back into the waiting room and told me he’d already patched the hole and I was good to go! Wow! Such a kind, compassionate person and I really appreciated the quick fix. The man working the desk was also incredibly friendly and helpful.”
