“I had such a great experience at this Dollar Tree location! It’s incredibly well-organized, everything is easy to find, which is a big contrast to other Dollar Trees I’ve visited. The store is spotless, and the staff are so friendly and courteous. This store is right on my route, and I had never stopped by before. I’m truly impressed, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often!

“I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with two outstanding employees at my local Dollar Tree, and I feel it’s essential to acknowledge their incredible customer service.
When I entered the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of attentiveness that instantly made me feel welcome. Janet was so knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and a genuine willingness to assist. She made sure I found everything I was looking for, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. Her positive attitude was infectious, and it was clear that she loves her job and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Cora, equally as amazing! As I was checking out, Cora ensured everything was bagged neatly and efficiently, all while engaging in friendly conversation. She was kind, cheerful, and made me feel like a valued customer—not just another transaction. It’s rare to find employees who truly make the effort to go the extra mile, and Cora definitely did just that.
Their teamwork, professionalism, and friendliness are a shining example of what exceptional customer service looks like. They are assets to Dollar Tree, and I hope their hard work and dedication are recognized and celebrated!

“I’d rate this place a 10 star if I could this worker named Heaven never ceases to impress me. she’s showed me kindness and compassion when helping me look for my items . She’s always the best help . Being sure I find what I need and let’s me know when I can come back incase they don’t have the items today , shes the only reason I ever go to Park ST dollar tree lol 😆 it’s crazy in Hartford so I prefer out of town areas but man! She’s definitely someone who deserves to be promoted. I’d hire her at my own store if I could. Every time I go isles aren’t messy but instead stocked nice and neatly and she always has the best attitude even in this horrible heat .”

I am changing my review to 5-stars because the employees keep this store running like a top! Carman, in particular, has went above and beyond to serve the customers. She has helped me many times. “THIS PARTICULAR DOLLAR TREE STORE LOCATION HAD EXACTLY THE CELL BUTTON BATTERIES THAT I SO NEEDED FOR MY MEDICAL DEVICES AND THE VITAL WEIGHT SCALE THAT USES ONE 9-VOLT BATTERIES! THANKFULLY, THE 9-VOLT CAME IN A DOUBLE PACKING PACKAGE, AS WELL AS THE VARIOUS CELL BUTTON BATTERIES I PURCHASED THIS VISIT! ALL IN ALL, IT WAS AN UTTERLY SPECTACULAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! “Decent place. Not a lot of variety but not terrible. Wouldn’t recommend chargers from there. Too expensive for very low quality chargers that can ruin your phone. Never had a problem with the staff that I could remember.”

I usually pick up mailing envelopes and a few snacks, but things like extension cords, phone charging cords are a huge bargain over places like Walmart.”
“They never have the sale items in inventory!!!!! Never give rain checks for the sale items and the place is very disorganized!! They take what is on sale from one holiday to the next. If rain check is given. It’s verbal and never given as promised. Disorganized organization Good luck !!”

“I can't speak highly enough about this location. It's clean, staff is friendly, they have a little bit of everything. Shopping here means I save money and time. Every now and then they have fantastic toys sales for the kiddo's. My children and grand kids love the finds I get here. Highly recommended!”

“It is small but has a lot of variety compared to other similar ones.
Everything looks very close together, but they are very friendly when serving customers.
Disposable products run out very quickly compared to others.
Some products are out of place, I picked up some things in the 1.25 section but at the checkout the prices were different.”
“Nice clean organized establishment cashiers well one cashier is usually on at any time during the day cash out peoples purchases. Aisles are pretty clear and seasonal is what it is and in the front of the store so that’s pretty good if you’re only going in for that otherwise aisles or not really labeled as to what is in the aisles it’s not exactly a dollar tree as everything is $1.25 or more I have found at the register that I have bought something that was $1.25 I thought as it have to be five dollars promptly put it back what happened to the dollar store it’s the same stuff for now more money the same item it doesn’t make sense. Are people in America getting more greedy kind of pisses me off plus they don’t have a bathroom you can use anymore. They quit letting you use the bathroom so do not find yourself loitering in their aisles and then needing to pee, they’ll send you to Chuck E. Cheese next-door.”

They made it a pleasure to shop there. I wish I could say everywhere I go. I have that same experience. It's just not true, Latoya and Freddie made it a wonderful experience. “I actually came here for the 1st time today. And I am floored by the amazing customer service.. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Upon checkout I was asked if I found everything ok and if I needed a bag (all asked with a smile on the young ladies face) the same individual that greeted me was the same young lady that helped me with checkout her name was Jen... She is exactly the type of employee that more places need. She did her job above and beyond all with a friendly smile. Kudos to Dollar general for finding such an amazing young lady to interact with their customers. I will definitely shop here again based on this one experience alone. “First time my mom told be to visit was the best day ever. This dollar tree is very helpful and friendly, as soon walk greetings and never ever telling me off about carrying my bag in the cart like most Dollar Trees do in Hartford, Items they sale are much better, no expired snack (beef sticks) Neat isle no blocking and finally varieties cold drinks Hydrating Drinks Powerade, Gatorade and my favorite BODY ARMOR, water, minute maid and Soda. Cashiers usually work one check-out but if they need a help other employees help out ASAP! Best Dollar Tree never ever leave Rocky Hill!”
