“Since Jake took over as manager of our OT fitness studio in Gbury, the entire space has undergone a remarkable transformation — not just physically, but in spirit. What was once a decent place to work out has now become a clean, welcoming, and genuinely motivating environment where members feel like part of something special.
First, the attention to cleanliness has been outstanding. The floor mats are consistently clean, the fans dust-free, and the small facility is well maintained. It shows that care is taken not just in appearances, but in creating a healthy environment for everyone.
Beyond the physical upkeep, it's the little touches that really speak volumes. Encouraging signs, handwritten boards with uplifting quotes or member shoutouts, mints, Richie’s greetings, and thoughtful décor choices all send the same message: you belong here. Jake, and his team (front desk staff, and all our wonderful coaches) have fostered a sense of camaraderie that’s rare to find. People linger a little longer after class to chat, new members feel welcomed right away, and there’s a shared energy that motivates everyone to do their best — and support each other in the process.

Classes change each week and completely new programs every month. Weekly class format switches up between Strength, Metabolic, Endurance, Core, and some classes are a combination of everything. “I’m a long time gym goer who recently needed a new gym home due to my gym closing unexpectedly and must say I’ve been really impressed by my experience at SIN fitness. The facility is very clean and well maintained, equipment is all in excellent condition. The instructors are knowledgeable, offering form suggestions/corrections and modifications as needed. They offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels, ranging from barre to boot camp so something for everyone, or just a different flavor for your workout on different days. The class times work well for my schedule and they have plenty of offerings in both the morning as well as afternoon/evening, and even on weekends. If you’re on the fence I’d say give it a try and you won’t be disappointed, it’s a great facility and a warm community.”

“I started training with Coach Matt 6 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Whether you’re looking to get in shape, learn self defense/ jiu jitsu, or compete at a combat sport (such as MMA) this is truly the place to be. The black belts who teach jiu jitsu are top notch and devote a lot of time and effort into helping you better yourself mentally and physically. Coach Chris (strength coach) is amazing at what he does and will help you reach your goals whether you’re looking to get in shape, or elevate your conditioning to the next level. He structures workouts based on your personal goals, and always has new fun workouts so you’ll never get tired of doing the same old routine. Honored and blessed to call this place my home and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to train - come check this gym out! The members are very friendly and welcoming, so much that it makes the gym seem like a big family rather than an average gym where everyone is on their own. “From the moment I walked in, this place had a good feel to it. As compared to other similar places, their facilities are cleaner and not dingy, membership model is sooo worth it because it includes unlimited play time and unlimited classes, the hours and timings are more suitable for working parents as well.
i love the teachers here, and the overall energy and environment of the place. they have just the right amount of engagement with the kids, they keep it casual with no pressure, no activities are forced and kids are free to play and explore as they wish.
I have had mixed experiences at other similar establishments but this location addressed all of my concerns and I will be here to stay, this place is everything I've been looking for! Especially for the colder months when playing outside is not an option I already know this place is going to be a lifesaver.”

“Can't recommend this gym enough!!!!!!!! I joined about a year ago after moving into the area and transitioning out of crossfit.I have never felt strong in all areas of fitness (weights, plyometrics, bodyweight, cardio etc.) The workout are great!! Each day of the week has a little more emphasis on cardio, weight or bodyweight workouts.The most important thing is there is an emphasis on progressive overload, you aren't picking up the same weights every time. The coaches are there to support you and make sure you are challenging yourself in a way that fits your goals. This is what truly allowed me to get strong which unfortunately is not what every gym will do for you. The workout types and movements also change with every "cycle" so you are constantly challenging yourself in different ways.The community is great, the music is awesome (which is what I need in the middle of a hard workout) and honestly the cost for what you get is a great deal!”

“I just love this place. It has all of the workout equipment you could think of it's never packed as a sixty-year-old woman I don't feel out of place there is a small room that used to be called the woman's gym but now they can't say that because I guess they got sued for it it does get warmer than the rest of the gym because of the size and doesn't have a lot of ventilation but I still go in there and exercise. People at the front desk are always kind I can't say enough”
