“I've used Sir Speedy a few times now and I really love them. I don't know much about printing, and they're always really helpful in making sure that I get what I want. The quality of the posters and things I've gotten from them is also always great.I love going into the location to pick up my orders- people like Carlos are so friendly that it's a bright spot to my day!My only complaint would be the hours- I wish they were open a little later or for a few hours on the weekend, but it doesn't affect my experience too much, and I like the company enough that I can make it work!”

I went to one closest to hartford which has terrible customer service and outright blatant refusal to accept any shipping or dropping off except from 5-6pm. They asked me to scan the QR code and print the label myself, put it on the box and tape it up and then come at 5pm. the QR code when you scan on your phone, it just pastes title of your item, not shipping label.Similar reviews and anticipated service for the one by west hartford. Thanks to other google reviews i drove the extra miles to come here, was surprised. i was expecting taping fee, scanning fee, like they do at the ones i mentioned above.”

“I had contacted a number of local printers regarding some rush print work. The only one to respond in a timely manner was Barile Printers. In fact, I called a few minutes after close and got a solid response guaranteeing the necessary due date. The proof was printed quickly and was able to be modified (per some corrections) on-spot with the help of their tech. Customer service at this facility is top notch. I highly recommend them to any business or designer needing quality service in both customer care and product delivery.”

“I have ordered items to be printed from here twice. I have worked with Deborah both times, and she is very responsive and easy to work with. If you need a little change, you could just email her and she gets back to you so quickly. I thought communication was very easily, and it was much easier than another business I have worked with in the past. I really liked the way she made the signs, they were different than the way others have designed them in the past and they were easier to see based on her color scheme. Just a little change, but it makes it so much easier to read from a passing car. I will definitely call them for any printing related needs I have in the future. I highly recommend them.”

This has been passed down to my kiddo, and as such, we visit the Middletown Staples pretty often.As soon as I walk in, I always look immediately to the left, to see if the clerk I really like is there. Today he was, and today I learned his name was Jim. Jim is always helpful, no matter what. If I have a question about something, or can't find something, he will walk me over to it. When I was looking for an obsolete printer cartridge, he made sure to find it for me!But Jim is also a fantastic person, just all around. He puts a smile on my face every time I see him. He is genuinely happy, and it totally shows!! Jim should be recognized for the positivity he spreads to everyone. (Also, I told Jim I was gonna write this when I was in earlier today, lol)!!”

“After a very poor customer service experience at Glastonbury i decided to call the west Hartford location to see if i would get some help beyond "you have to have the design in your email" (for business cards). I called print & marketing (in west hartford) , shared the nightmare i had at Glastonbury with Alyssa. She was so awesome! very understanding and even invited me to their location to help my situation. When i arrived i was so impressed ! i met Mike the manager there and he shared his sympathy with me but then not only helped me get my order right. He also guided me through the mobile app and helped me save some rewards points for the next visit. Between Alyssa and Mike i'll absolutely take that 20 min drive from Glastonbury for my business supply needs. Thank u guys so much !”

“I went sometime in the last hour before close. Originally I meant to go to the USPS, but working during the hours they are open is a huge inconvenience. Bit the bullet; my sister's birthday gift was already late at this point. I searched up Fedex (I didn't want to patronize the UPS store I had most recently been to) and hopped in the car with my GPS on. The location itself was very convenient--literally on my way to the grocery store, no detours even to a side street. What really made it special? Diane, who checked me out. For someone at the end of her shift, Diane was both cheerful and super helpful. I don't ship packages often enough to have a favorite place, but I know where I'm going if I do need to.”
