“We love this restaurant that serves Desi food (Pakistan, Bangladesh, India).
This is our go-to restaurant for one of our favorite dishes — Tihari — a special type of Biryani made with a special short grain rice (Kalijeera) and with tender pieces of Beef perfect cooked, Tihari is highly popular in Bangladesh.
We don’t find Tihari anywhere else in CT.

The items ALL arrived safely without even a flea bite on them. An amazing job of securely packing all the items in bubblewrap, double boxing everything with foam liners, and tightly securing everything into a custom built third box strapped securely to a shipping crate. I highly recommend this business for safely, economically and expeditiously shipping your valuable items.”
“Always friendly employees, they do seem a bit understaffed but they make it work.
Easy to park and to get in for what I need and then check out.
This location is in a center with a nail shop, Car parts store, tire repair, bad Chinese food, Petco, Diner And then across the parking lot is noodles, Chipotle, Firestone, Wing Stop.
Across the street is Starbucks, cannabis, dispensary, Car Wash, Home Depot, Taco Bell and Market 32.
I'm giving the location of a bunch of other businesses just in case you are coming from a bit further away and maybe want to get something else done.”

The outstanding service started even before I arrived: when I called the store, Amanda proactively gave me her name, ensuring that I knew exactly who to ask for to receive personalized help. When I arrived, she followed through with incredible dedication.
I needed to ship a large, artificial Christmas tree from Connecticut all the way to Alabama for my son's former special needs class. This was a complex and potentially costly task, but Amanda treated the shipment with incredible care. She meticulously researched every option, ensuring we found the easiest and most cost-effective solution to get the tree to the students.
Her kindness, patience, and commitment to making this process seamless were truly remarkable. Amanda is not just doing her job; she is a genuinely nice and caring person who makes a positive difference. She deserves the highest praise. “We had to return a pair of shoes to a store in Indiana. The store originally sent them to us in a plastic bag that was taped to fit the size of the shoebox. There was no easy way to open the bag and, after cutting it open, getting the shoebox back in there didn’t allow any overlap to seal the bag properly (or so we thought). I went to this FedEx location in order to buy a box that we could use with the return FedEx label that was provided by the store. The nice gentleman at FedEx told me that he could take care of shipping just by taping together the remains of the plastic bag and affixing my label - which he did with a boatload of his tape. He could have sold me a box, but instead I paid him nothing. Fantastic customer service!”

The gentlemen working recognized that we were not super familiar with postage and kindly taped our package (while noting that it did need to be taped), helped us figure out the zip code to an address we were given the incorrect zip code to, and gave us the address of the nearest UPS for a return we needed to make through them. We were very thankful for his patience and assistance.”
“Amani to the rescue! Staples was busy, so I decided to call the local FedEx which is only a couple of miles from my house. I thought they only did shipping, but gambled and called. I need two copies of my resume rather quickly for an interview. Amani told me to come on in and she would have the printer ready. She guided me through the process. She reviewed the print job before I did and wasn’t satisfied, so she reprinted and the quality was spectacular. Additionally, FedEx doesn’t charge the extra fees that Staples does when you go to the counter for a print. Staples is such a racket. Now knowing that I have FedEx close to home and have treasures like Amani working there, all of my printing will be done with FedEx!”
“Our postmaster, Temple, is just the best! Mail often gets screwed up here-either companies put our street address or send it to the East Hampton zip code which takes it to the East Hampton post office instead. He has taken the time to make a list of all of our addresses/post boxes & really goes out of his way to ensure we always get our mail promptly in an area without mailboxes. Always helpful, always friendly, he goes the extra mile when others don’t. He even decorates our little post office with his own decorations for holidays & events, creating a really warm neighborhood vibe. We have been through 4 postmasters at this location in my 4 years here & I have liked them all, but I really hope Temple sticks around!”

“11/29/25 We walked into get passport for our 3 children. Asia greeted us very kindly and delivered speedy service. She walked us through the process and was very knowledgeable. My wife and I felt very welcomed and at ease with the whole process start to finish. Asia processed our paperwork quickly and accurately. Manuel patiently took our kids pictures even though some of the kids were wiggly. Top notch service. We are very pleased.
