āGood quality products at reasonable prices. However, availability is inconsistent for some popular items like lettuce, milk, eggs, bread, ground beef, bananas, TP, etc. We have therefore nicknamed it "Soviet Aldi".ā
āI typically donāt shop for groceries at this establishment, as itās not my usual choice. However, I must say they offer the absolute best freshly baked bread available. The aroma alone as you step inside is enough to draw you in, and the loaves are perfectly golden-brown, crusty on the outside while remaining soft and warm on the inside. Each bite is a delightful experience, making it worth the visit, even if I donāt often find myself here for other items.ā

āTheir fruit could be better...alot of times when im looking for bananas or strawberries the bananas are really bruised and a few times the strawberries are next to impossible to find not moldy ones...on the bright side its not typically overly packed. They always are organized and 9/10 havr everything im looking for. The staff is amazing and super kind and helpful as well. Tuesdays are my favorite days to go to this specific aldiā

āI'm going to be honest as always all the c towns that I've been to have been pretty much very good produce clean fresh meats sofrito always on stock the customer service is always polite and courteous and yes I have visited this one as well multiple times and they have the same quality as the others great store to purchase your meats especially if you like your orders in bulk they also have fries that you can buy restaurant bags for little to nothing just in case you're looking for bulk so I definitely recommend if you're in the area to give them a tryā

The clam chowder was one of the best clam chowders Iāve ever had as well! The clam pieces tasted super fresh too.

I got 3 slices of yellow watermelon for $3.00! I would have never tried this type of watermelon if I hadnāt stopped by here!ā
āI love Aldi and this is my closest store. It's smaller than many other Aldi's so it doesn't have everything that other stores seem to have. Parking lot can be a zoo when ChickFilA is open.ā

āWe were in Hartford for the weekend, and were hungry for lunch as we were heading out of town. We looked for something interesting on yelp, and found the Mercado. We went in, and went to the last counter down the line, as they had these amazing Columbian Tamales. I had never seen such big and round tamales. They are to die for. Perfectly cooked, well spiced, and just simply delicious. Went very well with the fried plantains. Very much enjoyed.ā

āI am writing to thank April and Paul in the bakery department for all their help and hard work on December 31, 2023. I had placed and paid for an order approximately 2 weeks prior for 2 large trays of breakfast items for New Years Day. My plan was to just run in and pick the trays up. For whatever reason the order was never filled. April and Paul went to work immediately, as busy as they were, to fill the order very quickly for me. I appreciated they were able to do this since I was on a tight schedule with little time to spare. You both made it work. Again, thank you for all your help. Janet Pā
