“Super cute little thrift store that raises money for The Village. Run by friendly volunteers, you'll find clothes, shoes, purses, household items, jewelry, and books. Plenty of off street parking available. See photo for hours. Go support a good cause and find something you just have to have ?”
“Excellent place to visit. Probably the most organized store of its kind in that large size. Multiple rooms and floors to look through. Prices are high for some things and really good for other things. So I'd say it falls in the reasonable pricing range. Definitely worth going .”

“Store is average size, prices still seem a bit high for used items
Pretty for the most part
Staff are very helpful and patient!
Koodos to the staff member who helped me when I went! Super patient!
I just wish there was more parking!”
“Easy to drop off your donated items, and you help your local community. The staff will come to your car to unload items as well. You can also get a receipt - for tax purposes - for your donation l.”
“Wonderful ... Gotta say, this was the BEST experience in a thrift shop in my life since moving to the area. The owners are great, the workers are helpful, and the store mascot is cute as a button. Only thing missing were bad, nasty attitudes!! Refreshing to FINALLY find a store where customer service is realized as a key factor in the survival of the business. No more Goodwill or Walmart for me. Is this place or nowhere from now on!”
“It's alright. They have this annoying habit of putting the price sticker over the album and band name on cassettes, making them harder to browse. There was one encounter I had with an employee that left a bad taste in my mouth, but I really can't blame them. They had a set of speakers from a Panasonic S XBS boombox, and I asked if they could look in the back and see if they had the rest of it. They were very dismissive, and didn't go look. These speakers are really meant for that specific boombox, since they don't have a crossover and are pretty low impedance. On a good note, I managed to snag a Western Electric 500 telephone for only $5 from here! Excellent deal!”
“MACC Charities is extremely dedicated to the greater Manchester community. They are constantly working to improve the lives of our residents with their Community Kitchen, Emergency Food Pantry, and Community Threads Thrift Shoppe. They appreciate food donations and have a list of needed donations on their website. We're lucky to have them! Highly recommended!”
“Luv it a lot, there’s so much stuff u can get from there in a great price u won’t find some where else. They’re wonderful workers there as well that can always assist you all the time if you have any questions or concerns, it’s color coordinated what ever day you go in it’s either half price full price or a dollar depending what day you go there.I’ve gotten this there for less than $100 I’ve gotten this for half price due to the color coordinated day today the original price $25.99 I’ve gotten for only 13.50…. If someone ask me for a recommendation I’ll say here 100%”
“Love this place!!! Has really cleaned up recently, fun finds, good clothes and quality brands. Favorite part of my day anytime I'm over there! Nicest staff ever, I always love talking with the cashiers, the woman with colorful hair is always SO positive and kind- my absolute favorite! The manager who helped me was also helpful and wonderful, would come back just for her! Super cool place!!!”
“"I'd pay any price just to get you I'd work all my life and I will To win you I'd stand naked, stoned, and stabbed I'd call that a bargain, the best I ever had" (The Who) When you find out that a thrift store is running a "35% off" sale to mark their 5th anniversary, well any bargain seeking red blooded American would head on over, just like we just did. The store is larger than the one we customarily visit in Simsbury, so I didn't feel cramped walking around alongside a fair number of fellow shoppers. It's very neat and well organized inside and seemed to have a lot of merchandise. I saw the usual dishes, housewares, women's and men's shoes (including some gorgeous Air Jordans), shirts, blouses, outerwear, pants and jeans, plus sportscoats and men's suits ($25 or so). Some of the more unusual things I saw was an impressive collection of "I Love Lucy" memorabilia, and hiding among the audio CD's was a William Hung CD! He made quite a splash on American Idol 20 years ago, and if you're too young to know who he is, go check him out on YouTube. I bought a long sleeve white dress shirt, a red tie, and my wife bought a long sleeve top. After the 35% discount we paid an obscene $16 for everything. Yes, quite the bargain indeed. PRO TIP Parking is a bit of a toss-up, their lot is micro-sized, so you'll probably end up parking on a side street like we did.”

“I come here from time to time. Usually find some cool things. Smells a little musty inside but hey.. it's goodwill... not a delicious eatery and so I leave it at 5 stars. Staff is nice and there are usually a fair number of people.. but the store is pretty spacious. Entrance from the street is a little confusion (from the side by the pizza restaurant) ... but parking is plentiful!”
“I found the shop to be full of excellent items in every category. The 2 volunteers were exceptionally helpful as I searched for last-minute travel accessories. Prices are reasonable.”
“This is my favorite thrift store in the area . I come here atleast once a week . The employees are all very helpful and super friendly. Coming here is like therapy for me and I always leave happy. I've accumulated a nice closet full of vintage clothing. The home decor section is good too.”
