My truck started smoking, making this awful noise. I knew if I drove it any further I would have blown the whole engine. I looked up closest mechanic and found Eric at Euro Auto. I was worried it was only for bmw.. Lol
But to my surprise I was greeted and taken care of. Saved. On a SATURDAY! Excellent service, he fixed other underlying issues that I would have not realized, and he finished in 2 DAYS.. Changed my oil and wipers as a bonus. I had never had mechanic service this good in my life, as someone who’s always had car issues. I will be going to Eric from now on and you should too.”

“Went to mavis today because had a really loud noise, took it to other shops and nobody found out what was the noise, it took Robert less then 10 minutes to find the noise, its was my brakes on the front of my car, I ask them if they have time and the parts to change them, Robert said of course, the noise is gone and I am extremely happy”

Very skeptical, I did agree in the end. I figured this garage could not be worst than where my vehicle was before. I thought I will think positive, and let the process play out. Once I had the car towed to his garage, it was amazing how quickly he put in the claim, and diagnosed the issues with the transmission. From there the insurance sent someone to inspect the car. He was able to get the parts, and the garage was able to fix my car. Throughout this process, he called me to let me know what was happening, each step of the way. Picked up my vehicle yesterday. So happy to have my vehicle back, it runs like new. It runs like nothing was ever wrong with it. I would reccomend this business, especially if you have a major problem like mine. The location in Woodbury is easy to get to, and easy to find.”

“I went to Murph’s Tire mainly because of all the positive reviews. I’m glad I did too! I had a slow leak in one tire I went in without an appointment I was told it would be about 20 minutes or so which I was fine with since I didn’t have an appointment. Got the car in I had a nail in the tire which they plugged and I was out the door. Also talked about new tires in the future. I will definitely be back as they are much more cost effective for basically the same tires as I have on now. Thanks for the great service and I will be back.”

“Hey all! It is my pleasure to recommend Alex at the Toyota Performance Center in New Milford, CT! I called Alex when my 2013 Toyota Avalon began hesitating and jerking. After being told by a previous mechanic that I needed to replace the entire transmission for $4500, I called Alex and he agreed to check out my car. Car is running so smooth now after visiting his shop. I will bring all of my cars to him for as long as he is open. I am extremely grateful to him for fixing my baby (my car lol). “We took our company van to Dr. Don when it became obvious that something in the exhaust system was malfunctioning. He found a crack in the system that made it impossible to fix. The entire exhaust system would need to be replaced.
Instead of replacing the system himself, he suggested that, perhaps the job would be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. He even offered to contact GM himself and was able to arrange for the replacement to be done for us through a recall we did not know about. As a recall the replacement cost us nothing… not even a labor charge. When we told Doctor Don, we wanted to pay him for his time and effort he turned us down.
It is refreshing and heartwarming to find that there are still people in business who prioritize serving their customers over cashing in on them.”
