“Great staff! Attentive, friendly, accomodsting, always remember who I am & more. This is a modern veterinary practice with a small town feeling. They know & greet my dog &/or cats as well as me with smiles/concern appropriate to the situation and make me feel they are happy to see us even if things aren't great. Every time I'm there, I see all the pet patients (and their humans) treated like this. They are knowledgeable abouut the veterinary field. They listen carefully and are often able to guide me . I like that the "front office staff" aren't only receptionists, but knowledgeable about the veterinary field and know what questions to ask to make sure the appropriate time is scheduled & thst the doctor has the best information possible before seeing us. They are great at easing fears, boosting spirits, consoling patient & owner and more.I'm always impressed that when the doctors or technicians walk into the exam room, they give me a quick hello, then immediately focus on whomever I'm bringing in that day. They take the time necessary to be sure they have a good amount of time for observation & hands on time as well as listening carefully to my concerns and the information I give them is respected. The facility is always neat & clean and privacy is respected. I have used Salem Valley Veterinary since they opened, and despite the expected staff changes over time (20 or so years worth) the quality of services is still excellent. I highly recommend them and hope that you will take the time to develop a solid relationship with the staff as it only helps us both to give our precious companions the best life we can.”

“I would add 4.5 stars if I could. I love the people who work here, every nurse/vet tech and everyone at the front desk is always wonderful.The vet himself, or one of them however, is ALWAYS rude. I keep coming back here only for everyone else who works here and because while he's rude, he seems to at least care about animals.”
“VCA New London is PHENOMENAL. They kept me informed every step of the way, I brought my cat in for a sick visit, and Dr. Italia was her veterinarian, she was very professional, knowledgeable and very hospitable. They provided the best care and went above and beyond my expectations. Abby was my cats surgery tech for her surgery and she was nothing but kind and caring throughout the whole process. “This Petco is very close to the highway and many other businesses located near the mall in Waterford. I ran in to search for some food containers for my step daughter's dog and I was happy to see many options to choose from. This store is very complete and the parking lot is large. While there, I checked out some of their other departments and they have lots to choose from regardless if you have a cat, dog, rabbit, fish, etc...”

“We love the warmth and compassion of this small Clinic. Our cat Pepper is very skiddish and had a kidney infection. The Vet came to our house and was able to catch her and bring her back to the Clinic to perform the necessary surgery. We are so grateful for the care they provided to our lovely cat.”
