Came back after searching for a month or 2 and talked with my same guy, John. Test drove all the types I was interested and walked away with a beautiful new Hybrid Civic. John has been at Danbury Honda for 23 years! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a new car!”

“Love EFI! I have been going to them literally for decades. You can tell all these guys really care about cars. They all enjoy what they do and you can tell how much they want to help customers enjoy their cars. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Recently I had a suspension issue that was going to keep me from getting on the track. They diagnosed it, rushed parts, and were able to get the car fixed in a very short timeline so I could get out for a track day. They are the only place that has ever worked on my car, and will be the only place to work on my car in the future. Highly recommend them!”

I walk in to the minute I leave not only from the service department, but from the showroom my last experience was recent. I went to have my oil changed and was looking around. One of the salesman acknowledge the fact that I was in their showroom and started a great conversation with me. His name was Dylan Reed. We started a conversation and by the time my car had its oil change. I purchased another jeep grand Cherokee. I never felt pressured being in the sales,industry myself for many years it was quite a breath of fresh air, not feeling like I had to buy or make any decisions. My experience from the first minute I walked into that showroom until I walked out today with my new car was by far the best experience I had not only did he Dylan come in on his day off to meet me and accommodate me, but he went the extra mile and stayed until I pulled out of the parking lot. He went over every detail of the car showed me how to work all of the new information. He not only guided me. He also gave me his personal cell and told me if I have any questions don’t hesitate to call him. He will always be around to answer questions. I truly felt that he was very sincere. I would recommend buying your car from the dealership. if there was more than five stars, the dealership deserves a lot more.”
