“Bill Duncan just dropped off my Mini. Bill took the time to go over where I wanted the mini placed. He suggested that he put the mini on an angle instead of going straight back. By doing this my maple tree branches would not be damaged as well as the shoulder of the driveway which is raised. He took great care in placing the mini as well as showing me how to and close the door, to make sure the door hooked into the device on the floor of the mini. He even showed me where the escape handle is just in case I were to get locked in. Fortunately you can hook the open doors into a space on the outside body of the unit. I'm very grateful for the time Bill took setting up and explaining everything to me. Thank you for having a great employee in Bill Duncan, I couldn't have asked for better person.

“Its ok. It was a real hassle to find two suitable spots. The first Prime place gave me two together, and I signed up. Then a past customer demanded the spot so I got bumped. Went to another Prime location and got spots. Gent there very nice. Driveway to the back where my spots are is really full of dips. Have to very careful with a boat a low prop. Security looks good, gate works well.”

“I can not say enough good things about Braun Moving with our recent move from CT to MA. From start to finish, the experience could not have been easier or more pleasant. Lucas, when getting estimate information, gave us fantastic packing tips that saved time, energy, and money. Elsa in the office was always pleasant, personable, and patient with my many questions. The stars though have to be the gentlemen on Gaberiel's team. They had the contents of the house securely wrapped, fully protected, and loaded in half the time I expected. This was done in the heat and humidly, all with smiles and friendliness. They were just as efficient unloading a few days later -- still in the heat and humidity all with good humor. I ended up renting up the street just because that site didn’t have any indoor temperature unit. But I would definitely suggest to my family and friends to rent there because she had really great customer service. I can’t remember her name something with an S.”
