“Harbor freight prices have always been great. The quality was lacking in the early days. I have a lot of tools from harbor freight. Their ICON series are very good. I have their 1/2 torque wrench. Works as good as any other brands. I do find their electronics tools to be lacking. I have bought several tools like saws and cutting wheels that were junk. I returned them the same day. That said, they accept returns without question. So I would say, don't be afraid to purchase these tools. Most times they are fine and if you are not happy, they will take them vack.”
“Had an issue with an online order pickup in store product. Upon unboxing after returning home discovered the product was not new and completely damaged. Called back to the branch and spoke to one of the managers Missy who assured me they would make everything right. Just made it back down here and Missy and the team followed through 100% on what they said and made a bad and frustrating situation into a positive experience. I would highly recommend visiting this tractor supply branch because of the quality of the team members they have working here.”

“Anything you want or need, they most likely have it. I was looking online for glass lenses for my kitchen range hood lights and couldn’t find any, I would’ve had to buy the whole light assembly for $28 each (plus shipping). Anthony’s had the lenses right there on a shelf, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with two lenses in hand. This was probably my 10th great save from them so far this year, so this review is long overdue. Whether you have a broken window, a torn screen, or just need a paint brush or a key made, this is the place to go. And a bonus . . . nostalgia. This is a very inviting place. I love just walking around in there, they have everything. The two brothers that own and operate the store are always there, and they are eager to help you find what you’re looking for. Stop in and you’ll also see an historic picture of Danny Thomas when he visited Jewett City way back in the day. Thank goodness for Anthony’s Hardware, a true gem of a family business. 10-Stars!”

“Got a flasklight as a gift...no receipt, nothing. Josh the Manager helped me with my issue of it not keeping a charge. Josh diagnosed the problem and even though the store did not have one and nothing showed on line ,Josh matched the battery to one they did have and replaced the battery. Definitely went above and beyond to solve my problem. Treated me like stores used to. So refreshing. Thank you Josh.”
“It was my 1st visit to the store as they had flooring in stock that my local store did not. Took a bit to get someone to help me, but once I did find someone they were really good. It appeared to be well stocked/organized. If it was closer I'd go there over my local store. I will go back if they have something my local store does not have in stock.”
