“The greatest customer service experience I’ve probably ever had in my life. Dave went above and beyond to assist with a pressure washer I previously bought from Harbor Freight. Never met this man before but this gentleman deserves a promotion at Harbor Freight or any job. Plain and simple Dave displayed phenomenal support. “It is always interesting to see the type of merchandise that is carried in a variety of the dollar stores. The store was obviously relatively new, and the inventory was clean and well organized. There were no other customers in the store, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to help in anyway possible. There was a very limited supply of office goods. However, it seemed as if they carried many things you would not expect to see in a relatively small location.”

“Straddles the merchandising boundary between thrift and antique store. Most space is given to really nice furniture, so if you're frustrated with either end of the used-furniture spectrum, this may be your happy medium. Selection of other items feels "curated," so it's A+ for cute unusual finds, not a great source for boring household necessities. Everything is beautifully arranged, store smells good, and staff is super-nice. Pricing on items I checked was about what I expected for level of quality. If you want to take thrifting a friend who dislikes the clamor of ordinary thrifts, this is the store! It's in a cute little New England village-style complex with other stores, including Leo's Restaurant.”
“I am equidistant to this location and another one but I do prefer shopping at the one in Prospect. They have a good selection of food and goods. I use their app to load coupons and then just plug in my phone # at the register. The line usually isn't very long but even when it is it does move quickly which makes it easy if you just need to run in for one or two items. The sales people are helpful.”

“Many of the workers are very friendly even when customers are rude to them. The store could be kept cleaner but it would help if customers put things back where they got them from. Not just where they decided not to buy it. I feel bad for the workers. Yes they are paid to upkeep the store but they shouldn't have to follow behind people to keep the store clean. Someone said it's the most ghetto store. I agree. But maybe people need to start taking care of the store with some respect. You don't want it to look ghetto then don't treat it ghetto. I don't see other stores looking like this. Why? Because the people don't act like they don't care and just throw things where ever they land. I don't see how the employees can handle picking up after that many people. The only reason I give the store a 4 instead of a 1 is because the workers trying to keep it as they do.”

“This Dollar Tree location has everything I need for an amazing price! It's amazing just how many things you can get for good value here! From housewares to party supplies, cleaning products and more! It's like walking into a smorgasbord!That said, I did notice that a lot of the merchandise through the store was disorganized. There were boxes and hand trucks randomly in the aisles blocking part of the way, lots of merchandise are off the shelves or racks and are usually hanging loose, but thankfully I didn't find actual merchandise on the floor between shelves. I notice this is a trend with many Dollar Tree branches I've visited throughout CT, not just this one.Overall, if you need something quick and easy to find, this is a great place to find that thing! It's a quiet store too, and definitely a great place for a bargain!”

“Employees are very helpful. Whenever I ask about an item or what they always help me by looking for it and also gives me other options related to that item.They always say hi to me and other customers when you walk in. Well...of course if they are busy with customer or in the back putting stuff on shelf, they dont say hi.The reason I gave 4 stars is coz most items are bit pricey for just few items in the package.Store just a bit tight, I wish they could expand their store since now the space next door is vacant used to be medical office, they should expand and put frozen foods and more selections like balloons for bday, etc. Other than that, they've been friendly and helpful”

“This is GREAT!We live in the neighborhood and when they expanded the Family Dollar and attached the dollar tree was amazing. A very clean and big space with tons of options.This is literally a convenient store.-Food: You CANNOT find fruit and vegetables BUT you can find milk, pizza, eggs, French fries, milkshakes, yogurts,etc,. in the huge fridge.-Rest of the things? You can find EVERYTHING.- Medicines: I found some LESS expensive than at CVs.- Prices: a little bit more expensive in some products, but for me worth it because I don’t need to drive! You save time which it’s more important.Staff: very friendly and attentive.Very happy!”
“Dropped in this morning for a few basics and reminded of how grateful we are to have DG here: good selection, varied merchandise, clean shop, GREAT PRICING for important items and I feel safe here. The customers are usually friendly and will chat; we all agree we love the music and vibe! The staff (although there are not enough) are always attentive and helpful. Woodbury has changed so much; in many local businesses now if you are not 'known' you are truly invisible. Not here!
