“What a pleasure it was to deal with this Post Office. I had a problem with a package that was addressed wrong. They found the package and pulled it off the truck before it was returned. they then delivered it to the correct address. Never once did I get a negative vibe or was made to feel I was not important. I whish more people were like these employees that helped me.”
“Shirell is one of the nicest workers at the Post Office. She always has a smile on her face and is very helpful. She is friendly and very approachable. You can ask her anything and she always has the answer to the question. She’s a real asset to the Post in Trumbull and is very much appreciated. They are lucky to have her.”
“This past weekend one of our packages was mistakenly delivered to another address. The package was a dress for my daughter’s homecoming dance. After reaching out and trying to locate the package, the postal office and all their workers truly got together and worked hard on making this right I have a happy 16 year-old at home, all thanks to them not giving up.
