“My dad’s truck broke down in New Haven (he is from New York) and we googled a transmission center near by and we found Lee Myles. From the moment we walked in I felt welcomed. As always, when you take your car to a mechanic you never know what to expect. Techs were professional and very helpful, we received a call back within a day and we were told it was not the transmission and that we should take it to a diesel mechanic instead for further check. They wouldn’t charge us anything and they were still humanistic, professional, helpful and so more many other great description that I van keep going for ever. If you need your transmission fix, go to Lee Myles transmission at Whalley st in New Haven, I promise you, you will not regret it!!! Honesty should be their middle name Thank you!!”

“I've never rated a place whose services I didn't receive but in this instance it is absolutely appropriate. My car broke down after hours and I had it towed to S&S Transmission in Naugatuck Connecticut without them knowing in advance. They, kindly, took a thorough look for the problem first thing the next morning. They advised the most efficient and economical way for my repair was to actually go to the dealer. They didn't charge me anything for their time and were super nice. They could have taken the job and charged me hundreds more than it ended up costing me but they were honest in telling me that, in this very rare instance, it would take less time and be less expensive to have it done with the dealer. These are very trustworthy, kind, and friendly people. I highly recommend S&S Transmission.”
