I want to personally thank Tanya at the Shelton location for her professionalism and courtesy. I booked a vehicle last minute and received a call from Tonya reviewing pickup, etc. She ensured my reservation was fulfilled and timely. Was a pleasure working with her!

Rented several times from Shelton Hertz and always have good experience. Clean cars, efficient and respectful employees. After hours key drop is very helpful.
