The price was reasonable, and for 30$ more they put in a screen protector.I could not make it that day, and came in on Monday (the store was closed on Sunday). The doors open at 10 and I was there at 10:15-arrived to a line three people deep.He said he could fix my phone and even gave me a cheaper option of a used screen. I needed to think about some more options and decided to come back.Upon my return, Shevaughn kindly gave me just as friendly service as Sam. He also noted the screen protector option (but forgot to add it-could be because we were chatting). Pick up was less than two hours later, and it looked great. Nicely done.Here are the only things I might change about my experience:1. The screen border was changed from black to white without anyone telling me that this might happen. I don't really care, to be honest, but someone who really cared about how it looked might. This should have been noted up front.2. The price seemed to go up by 10$ when I got back. Not sure why that would be. It might be my "old man" memory, but I swear it was ten bucks less.3. Opening at 10 feels like something that could change. All in all, a great experience. Professional, kind, and they saved the phone.Highly recommended.”
