“Stumbled upon the Derby AT&T after having a sub par experience at 2 other AT&T locations near me and was blown away by the customer service I received. My first visit there, Mo helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond in terms of helping resolve an issue I was having trying to upgrade my daughter's phone. My second visit, Jayden helped me and I found him also to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Despite this location being a little further away than other AT&T locations, it is the only one I will now go to for assistance with our phones!”
“Wow. Just WOW! If I could give MORE than 5 STARS, I would. I wasn't originally planning on going to the verizon store, I was planning on going to another big brand store, but something told me to try here first. I am soooo glad I did.
I was instantly greeted when I walked in and I couldn't have asked for a better associate than John. Seriously, seek him out! He took his time explaining questions I had before I even asked them. He was patient, kind, well versed and funny. He helped me save money on my bill, my internet, streaming services and also helped me find the right phone and pricing for my son's first phone. There was absolutely no sales pitch or push. Just giving me solutions for why I came in and left me leaving with more discounts on things I was paying too much for. If you want a pleasant and easy experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Again....His name is John.”
“The gentleman working at this location in Shelton was very helpful and was so knowledgeable that I didn't even have to go through the trouble of paying to get my phone fixed. He would be happy to help me but he was honest with me and I made the decision to just go ahead and order a new device instead of wasting money on a device that was no longer being updated by Samsung and the new flagship was due to roll out in less than 2 months. I have had my devices fixed here before and so have my family members and they did a fantastic job returning our devices to like new condition. I strongly recommend them for all your electronics repair needs.”
