His mechanic Josh is the same exact way. Also very knowledgeable. I have never been treated better in any other establishment. Nick also always remembers who we are which is great. “This is easily the best aquarium shop in the northeast. Bob, the owner, is wildly knowledgeable of all types of aquariums, corals, and products. The store is newly expanded & renovated. They have many modern acrylic aquarium kits and one of the best selection of fresh and saltwater fish I’ve ever seen. “I have been a client now for more than 2 decades. The staff goes through many changes, and some were fantastic, I still miss Scott, and others not so much. On 7/12/2024 I recently stopped in the Orange CT Store and the new team members were great. They were very customer focused and really seem to care. I also was touched that they still donate and ask client's if they would like to support by purchasing a can of food, or toy etc. As we all know the human touch is not present when one chooses an online option and thought about this as I left with a smile as I really enjoyed my shopping experience.”

“We take our 3 dogs for Ed and his wife to groom. We have 2 Chow chows and 1 lab. Pooch Pizazz has been grooming my dogs for over 3 years now and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They do an amazing job and are very caring with all our fur babies”

“It's what you'd expect in any petsmart. I did find some kitty snacks I hadn't seen in other store locations, so I stocked up. Clean, not smelly, good signs. They have dog groomer, shots, and cat adoption. Large parking lot, baskets and carts. Glad I stopped in.”
“I cannot express how happy & thankful I am for Anna & how amazing she groomed my Pekingese with thick coats- she styled my dog exactly as asked without any hesitation - as I know this breed is a tough one to groom .All my expectations were exceeded . Today was our first visit & I am confident to say - I know I’ve found “ our place”. This is the best grooming my dogs have ever had . The way she faded the coat to the ears was even , in between their paw pads were done with great detail. My opinion : Anna has perfected her craft & does impeccable work . Support small business , looking past the small town hero’s you’ll miss out on those rare gems -& Anna is just that . My dogs had some matting & she made me feel comfortable with a non judgement zone .My dogs were happy & comfortable. One of my dogs is very sensitive to get nails getting clipped , Anna told me clipping her was a breeze . It has to be Anna’s calm vibe, because my dogs were not stressed out at all upon pickup- or during their appointment . The owner , I believe her name was Laura was nice too . I will continue to support this business . No words can really express my experience at Coastal Canine . We thank you Anna .”

“Hanna did a great job grooming my 12lb toy poodle, Toby. We were trying to find a place closer to us and she was able to get us in same week due to a cancellation. Toby is a sweet boy, but he can be difficult at times with brushing and grooming. She was very clear on communicationand has a kind and caring personality, and it’s clear that the well being of the pups are top priority. One thing to note, is the that the dogs are typically out of the crates in between grooming sessions, but I’m sure if you had a special request to have your dog separated it would be fine. Communication is key. She was even taking extra precaution this time due to the mystery canine respiratory illness so they were all crated.We will definitely be coming back! Great experience.”
“Bob is such a responsible breeder. He replies messages quickly. He gave me a strong (102grams 12weeks), healthy, cute hand-feed cockatiel?. He will answer your questions after you bring your birds back, and he will check the birds situation, which is responsible way for birds’ lives to me. My cockatiel , Fanfan, learned how to eat and drink when he comes home. And he is close to people, which is what I wanted.All in all, it’s a good place to pick your hand feed birdies.”

“It is very good for vaccination. They let you stay with your pet, not like other vet clinics now with the pandemic. App avalable like 1 month depending of Petco location. Hope I get my cat vaccinated, without him getting sedated. Plus the prices for vaccination are very low ( I did not check the vaccines quality)”

“Very fun place. A bunch of attractions and good food. Be careful of rides like go karts though as sometimes those can be dangerous. The food there is good and the place is huge so it takes a while to get someone where unless you run. Just keep an eye on your kids because when I went here as a kid the amount of bullying was huge. So if you're a kid watch out and if you're an adult keep an eye on your kid and other kids to be safe. But other than that 5 stars would come again.”

“Great staff, very helpful and willing to help without asking. Needed cat food that has been hard to find, they put their order in and contacted me to inform me that they did receive the cat food I've been looking for. Great to know they have my back, one less stress to worry about. I don't have to order online from other pet stores due to the order either canceling or item being on backorder. I know PSP will get a shipment and will contact me if the product I'm needing arrived. Koko and I are both very happy customers. ?”
