“This was my first time in any Build-A-Bear and I went in for the Birthday Bear for my son who turned 1 this month.
I had seen this promotion years ago, long before I was pregnant but it was always on my heart to do it if I ever got the chance to be a Mom.
Upon entry the store is very clean and well organized. The staff, Melanie, Allison and Dawn (apologies if I spelt your name wrong ?) were very welcoming and most of all so kind and caring. No one knew how much this meant to me but they took their time to explain the process, make suggestions for accessories and clothing which there was a vast variety of. I was extremely impressed and thankful for their five star customer service.
They gave me every option to make my experience the best it could be. I can’t say enough how kind, they were. They do this everyday but I felt like they genuinely cared about making it special in addition to their professionalism. Both are a major part of good service to me.
Needless to say we will be back with Dad next time because he was touched when they offered for him to send a voice note to be recorded and placed inside the bear since he was at work so he wouldn’t be left out.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me to have a life long dream realized. It may seem small to most but it meant the world to me. See you all again soon! Thank you so much!!”

“One of the last stores that sell greetings cards with interests gifts ideas. Hallmark in the mall is gone supermarkets and pharmacies are a choice but this store have a much better and bigger selection of cards.”
