“Nice, large Five Below location. Friendly staff and store was very organized. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and helped at the register on our way out. I loved that! The smell in the store was my only concern - really strong - smelled like a mix of skunk and just bad body odor - perhaps some airfresheners would give it a different feel.”

“We had such a wonderful experience. Staff was so friendly and helpful. While my daughter was stuffing the bear. The young girl that was assisting her. Was so nice and had her do a couple of movements before stuffing in the heart. That made me very emotional because it was such a sweet moment. Thank you to all the staff at Build a Bear for a wonderful experience.”
