“I would like to give recognition to the manager of the Shelton store. Working on July 4th, she greeted each customer with a smile and was able to help me find the few items I needed immediately. I will definitely be back again given the great service that was provided.”

“Love shopping for anything by locally owned stores, and the owners are amazing, I gave a descriptions of a kiddo I was shopping for and she loved the toy so much she gives it as a gift when she can. They are knowledgeable and have a great selection”
“We had such a wonderful experience. Staff was so friendly and helpful. While my daughter was stuffing the bear. The young girl that was assisting her. Was so nice and had her do a couple of movements before stuffing in the heart. That made me very emotional because it was such a sweet moment. Thank you to all the staff at Build a Bear for a wonderful experience.”

“We had a great time here on my daughter's birthday Jan 8, 2019. The staff/lady working was wonderful! She was very patient with my daughter and the other customers in the store and she managed her time wisely. The selection of bears/animals, clothes, and accessories was great. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because of the price of the clothes...we spent $70 by the time we left there. Definitely a fun time tho!”
“This is a great little toy store with a selection of toys that go beyond the typical fare at Target, Amazon and other such places. It's conveniently located in the Quarry Walk and a great spot to pick up a gift for a kid's birthday plus they'll wrap it for free! Support this local business!”
“My husband and I are frequently in here. The owner is so warm and friendly. Lots of options on the comic selection. There is a kids section and lots of DnD gear if needed too.”
“I love it here! Amazing and nice quality figures and plushies. I always come here everytime going to the mall to get Kpop albums! The inflatable in the front of the store is cute as well ;)”

“I have been smacking whiffle balls for more than 50 years. Great childhood memories and more recent memories with my kids. I am always down for a whiffle ball game.”
