“Basically, I purchased my new Whirlpool washer via phone (I checked out other Whirlpool models at other places, basically I knew what I wanted)--The Manager (Joe) was extremely pleasant.
Manny's appliance was recommended to me by my sister, a prior customer of Manny's. I was not disappointed with the delivery either.
I was happy to support a business with wonderful customer service vs. a big box chain.
Joe explained that I would receive a text the night before my delivery...and I did.
Their text messages also informed me of an estimated delivery arrival on my delivery day. That was very convenient also.
It was a very quick and easy delivery and the installation was perfect. The two people who removed my old washer and properly installed my new washer were polite and efficient. They were also extremely happy that my laundry room was on the first floor.

“My wife and I were shopping for an Electric Stove top. After a couple hours of internet shopping we stopped at the Ellington location. Mike and Matt were very helpful in assisting us to get the right stovetop at the right price and more importantly at the right time! Ours broke and we are without a stove at the moment. Prices were competitive with what we researched and we will get our new stove a week earlier than a direct order from GE. Give them a look the next time you are in need. Oh and my wife and I are retired veterans and we even got a military discount.”
