“They recently serviced my Civic for bad tires and a failing serpentine belt. The service was done within a day and the loaner car was a life saver. Many places won’t do that anymore. Not only did they diagnose the original problem, but looked the whole car over and gave me fair estimates on potential future repairs at no additional cost. The prices are fair enough and the work speaks for itself. Highly recommend for any and all maintenance.”

“I had a 400 sbc short block built by Precision in late fall 2022. All interactions & transactions were smooth and fair. I got a quote and they stood close to that quote. I have worked in a small business long enough where I can tell just by conversation and the facility how things will go. The guys are dedicated to their profession and take pride in their work. I had most of the parts and I needed them to get some parts for completion. Knowing I was going to get the block heavily machined, I knew they would have to get those parts. In the end, everything turned out as expected and today, after 1200 miles on the build, I couldn't be happier. Mike is mainly who I dealt with, he was good at listening to my needs and didn't push what or how he thought I should have my engine built. Mike was a good listener to the customers needs and wants. I felt the need to write a review, because mostly what I wrote above. I can't say enough good about these guys. Too many people are quick to point fingers and bash a business, I'm going to leave it at that... Thanks again Precision Auto Machine!!”
“Ive have several cars serviced over the past 20 years and they are very professional. They video tape the inspection service and provide a complete explanation of the service needed to be done and/or completed. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is comfortable and easy to work from( if needed). I feel secure knowing they give an honest evaluation concerning the saftey of my vehicles and projected costs to be aware of in the future. They also wash your vehicle even if its just an oil change. There is also an emission testing station close to the dealership so you can plan service and testing the same day . Very convenient”

“My VW car battery died in Granby and I got a boost from James, who suggested I take the car to Mitchell VW in Simsbury (about 20 minutes away) and he would follow me. He is a long-time customer of Matt Figueroa and he had to stop in there anyhow. So, with no advance notice I showed up there with James. In under an hour I was driving home. I had been a regular customer at Mitchell in the past, but the drive takes me 35 minutes from my house in Suffield and I wind up having to figure out how to spend my time when I will be there a while. Still, my recent experience will lead me to re-evaluate my future plans.”
