The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and if they don't have what you're looking for just ask them, they have ordered items specifically for our two dogs in several occasions.”

“I showed up without an appointment for a nail trim on an anxious Chihuahua. The groomer was gracious, fast and skilled. Never heard my pup yelp and believe me he yelps even for just being scared.

Also wanted to add that I had to cancel because our dog-baby is in hospice rn so his diet has changed dramatically. When he was eating his green tripe from Oma's Pride, he LOVED IT. Sad to have only found them toward the end of his life ?”

“Incredible wealth of knowledge and very competitive pricing. I visited the WeHa location to find a new dog food for my rescues after months of researching and trialing various mid grade foods from big box stores. The associate working was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions (quite technical questions regarding canine nutrition too!) and was able to make a lot of great recommendations. It’s a breath of fresh air to visit a pet store and know that all of the dog food available has been selected by the staff for quality. They have taken all of the hard work out of the selection process.
As an added bonus: the bag of Fromm dog food I purchased was cheaper than amazon. Where else do you get amazing customer service and great pricing on pet items?!?

“They carry a wide variety of difficult to source high quality raw food diets. They are one of the few stores in the region that carries my cat's raw food. The staff is always super helpful, been buying my cat food here for years.”
“This place is great and the people who work here are always very nice. Only complaint that I have is their prices listed for certain things are incorrect. I don't know if they just forget to update it or what but some of their dry food for cats/dogs is not right. It shows one price but then you go to check out it rings up more expensive. There's never a credit either if you mention this. I find it odd. Other than that they're great.”
“It was fine but I did have two issues. I was asked to text them when I arrived but no one got back to me so I kept sitting in my car waiting. And, I had no clue where to go once I got in the store. I had to ask my dog groomer”
