“We have been going to Four Town Veterinary Hospital for many years for our cats and dogs. We have always received the best care for them (and for us). Starting with Dr. Cohen, Dr K and most recently Dr. Sefton, our pets were treated very professionally. Beyond their excellent care, we were treated like we were part of the family.
I truly appreciated the quick response when my dog Ricky got sick when he and I were attempting to leave for a cross-country trip. They scheduled him in quickly and sadly Dr. Sefton diagnosed him with cancer. She prescribed appropriate medication to keep him comfortable. Dr Sefton always listened to my concerns and gave me timely guidance throughout the entire process.
Largely due to her care, he and I were able to complete the cross-country trip a few months late. Dr Sefton and the staff were extremely caring and equally concerned about me and Ricky when we had to put him to sleep. My sincerest thanks to Dr Sefton and the entire staff for the care and concern that they showed me and Ricky.”
“Staff is wonderful, kind, compassionate and caring. I had a very sick cat Snookie that had an intestinal blockage and they were able to squeeze her in for what we thought would be emergency surgery (staff went above and beyond to find a spot for her). During the night before surgery she was able to pass the blockage but ended up running a fever. They were able to switch gears and change her care to an X-ray (confirming the blockage was gone) and antibiotics to treat the fever. Within 6 hours my very lethargic cat was up walking around like nothing happened. Perfect diagnosis and effective treatment. They listened to her symptoms and adjusted her care to be what she needed. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for helping Snookie!”

“Dr Roy and her whole staff always make our visits feel as if we're part of a family...a home away from home, when my furry baby needs a little tune up. The travel time to Tolland is worth it, compared to being charged an arm and leg and then pressured to over-vaccinate, etc, at other vets. “My first visit was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming from the front desk to the vet tech. After Penelope was able to be examined by the Vet specialist the Vet specialist spent time discussing and answering all my concerns I had with Penelope. Very Satisfied and this was a perfect match for us.”
“As always, the staff was pleasant and professional. I was taking a back by the cost. I could’ve saved some money if I had only asked for a technician instead of a vet to administer the shot, but I was not informed of this when I phoned in for the appointment, I think the staff should inform the people of this when they’re making the appointment. It’ll save a lot of money.”
“I came here to have my dog spayed (it was free through the rescue I got her from). They were incredibly friendly and professional. I had called a couple times before the appointment to ensure she could still have the procedure even though she had been prescribed some meds from a different vet. The woman on the phone took the time to speak with vet and confirm it was all fine. They treated my girl nicely and she was back on her feet the next day!”
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the receptionists, techs, and veterinarians at Ellington Center Clinic. I was unfortunately blessed with a chronically ill dog who required frequent visits, and every single person there went above and beyond to accommodate her and make her feel loved and cared for.
They treated her like family, and they loved her just as much as I did. The compassion, kindness, and care they provide to every animal is truly unmatched. I will forever be grateful for the way they cared for my girl and for the love they showed her throughout her life. ❤”

“We are very thankful to have found such a wonderful vet when moving to Enfield! Unfortunately we have had to make appointments the day of due to sickness or injury, and they have always gotten us in when we call at 9. This has not been the other case at our two previous vets we have had. They also don’t overcharge for things as I have found others, or make you feel guilty if you cannot afford something. Dr.Bell and his staff are amazing.”

She was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took her time with each exam and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely confident that my parrots were in excellent hands. Her staff was also wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Hensen was absolutely worth the trip, and I would highly recommend her.”
