“My first visit was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming from the front desk to the vet tech. After Penelope was able to be examined by the Vet specialist the Vet specialist spent time discussing and answering all my concerns I had with Penelope. Very Satisfied and this was a perfect match for us.”

“Great staff and the costs tend towards the industry standard, I think. I'm sure there are places that exist *somewhere* that are a bit cheaper, but hey, I feel in very good hands here, so its worth every penny. Def not highway robbery like some places. My cat's doctor did serious analysis with test results, and you could tell she put serious thought into how to move forward when the actual medical picture was unclear, which can be hard to find in such a fatigue inducing work environment. Hell, I wish she was my doctor. I hear they have a great dental program too, but if you need an ultrasound or something like that, you will be referred elsewhere. Overall, I see no reason to go anywhere else.”

“I traveled out of state to bring both of my parrots, Anthony and Viv, to see Dr. Nancy Karol Hensen and I’m so glad I did! She was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took her time with each exam and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely confident that my parrots were in excellent hands. Her staff was also wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Hensen was absolutely worth the trip, and I would highly recommend her.”

“Today was my cats first vet appointment with West Springfield Vetrenery Clinic. He is a shy boy and does not enjoy leaving his Domain and gets pretty fussy. However, they are so wonderful over there! Everyone took such good care of my kitty and were very attentive and gentle, especially Bri. She was amazing with him!! He was way calmer than I thought he'd be and thats because he was being taken care of by people who actually care..and that is important to me! I have not had the best experiences with my last veterinarian, so I'm relieved Bubby and I found our place! Thanks to everyone who made our experience there, refreshing.”

“As new clients, Dr. Guntly took his time sharing his expertise regarding monitoring and maintaining the health of our two older cats ‘Gria’ & ‘Kahlua’. His warmth and sense of humor were refreshing too! His staff were equally as warm and helpful. Thank you!”

“We have been going to Four Town Veterinary Hospital for many years for our cats and dogs. We have always received the best care for them (and for us). Starting with Dr. Cohen, Dr K and most recently Dr. Sefton, our pets were treated very professionally. Beyond their excellent care, we were treated like we were part of the family. I truly appreciated the quick response when my dog Ricky got sick when he and I were attempting to leave for a cross-country trip. They scheduled him in quickly and sadly Dr. Sefton diagnosed him with cancer. She prescribed appropriate medication to keep him comfortable. Dr Sefton always listened to my concerns and gave me timely guidance throughout the entire process. Largely due to her care, he and I were able to complete the cross-country trip a few months late. Dr Sefton and the staff were extremely caring and equally concerned about me and Ricky when we had to put him to sleep. My sincerest thanks to Dr Sefton and the entire staff for the care and concern that they showed me and Ricky.”

“Dr.Perdrizet has cared for my animals for the past 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Front desk Amy deals with tons of customers at once with the patience of a saint. Laura the vet tech is kind, personable and compassionate. I started going here with a kitten I found underneath my porch 3 years ago and by gods blessing my first visit was paid for… I’ve always wondered who but come to believe Dr.P saw a young girl who cared more about an animals well being then her pocket. I couldn’t afford the vet at that time but my kitten was sick and I needed to know if she was healthy or not. I’ve since returned with 2 other cats and 1 dog and still have nothing but great things to say about this practice including its affordability!!!! For those complaining about not being able to get ahold of them, I’ve been here for the last 3 years. The key is calling more than once (as in call on Monday and then Tuesday and so on) and earlier in the day is usually better, always leave a voicemail! I know this is a hassle for some but this is a fully scheduled and booked single doctor practice. If you want the turnaround time of a corporate vet then go there but the positives to this place are a long laundry list, compared to the few cons. Dr.P is an established vet with decades of experience and offering more than just your basic routine vet care. He gives every person more than enough time in office to go over their animals needs and treats every animal as if it’s his own. God bless this practice eternally ❤”

151 Hazard Avenue, Enfield CT 06082
“We are very thankful to have found such a wonderful vet when moving to Enfield! Unfortunately we have had to make appointments the day of due to sickness or injury, and they have always gotten us in when we call at 9. This has not been the other case at our two previous vets we have had. They also don’t overcharge for things as I have found others, or make you feel guilty if you cannot afford something. Dr.Bell and his staff are amazing.”
