“Well. This was the best experience of my life. I had to quickly buy a new mattress after a fire destroyed everything— out of desperation I bought a big-brand bed-in-a-box mattress and absolutely hated it. It was way too soft, and I realized you can’t buy mattresses without going in store and trying.So while visiting friends here in New Canaan I went to this mattress store and was helped by David who really was so amazing! He was really understanding of why I needed something quickly, that I lived in Brooklyn and would need delivery, and more importantly he helped me find the perfect mattress at the perfect price. He had me try different mattresses with different positions and guided me around all the mattresses and was so knowledgeable.After a very chaotic last few weeks it was nice to have something actually work out perfectly and I am so grateful to David for making it all work out! “I had a bad experience at another store and I walked into this bob’s expecting the same and I was wrong!I’d like to take the time to tell anyone who’s looking this is the bobs you need to visit and buy from!I dealt with Rich, (salesman) Ralph (manager), Mark (manager), Wesley (manager).Each one of them deserves recognition, we made a very large purchase after just walking in without an appointment and they knocked it out of the park, I came in there with my guards up and they relaxed me and exceeded my expectations without any hesitations. I’ve had bad experiences at another bobs store at an Ashley store, and a few other furniture stores. This is where I will return and buy anything else I need. Thank you all again I could be happier with each thing I purchased and can’t wait to see it in my home. Thank you again!”
