“I recently visited your store in north windham ct and talked with Nora and heather about the possibility of getting a storage unit for my daughter. Nora and Heather were very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with Nora gave me a tour and I was able to pick out a storage unit Although your facility was beautiful it is the customer service that I received from Nora and Heather that committed me to your location. They should be commended for their dedication to your company and the people that walk through your establishments door. Thank you Graydon K Godfrey”

“I got a unit I'm November. It was 200 a month. Jan 1st it goes up to over 250. It's May 1 and my bill is now 336 a month. Another 50 increase plus taxes and insurance. When I called they said it's according to the market. 100 a month increase in under 6 months is ridiculous. Well be moving our stuff out within the month Update Chris the district manager reached out and adjusted my rate for me. Super happy with the response to this, as the rate was the only issue I had with the unit. Thank you again Chris”

“A great and safe place to store your treasures. The pricing is good and the units are neat and clean. You don't have to worry about dented or rusted doors that are extremely hard to slide open, not here. One in particular employee, manager by the name of Jesse, is extremely helpful, friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the storage industry but better, he helps you with pricing and getting into the unit that'll fit your needs. If your looking for a storage unit see Jesse”

“I appreciate having this nearby storage space available. Steve responds if I have a problem ( like I forgot my entry code) and he's accommodating about my storage needs if things change. I also feel that security level is appropriate. I appreciate Steve and I think he's a good manager.”
