“I don’t typically remember to leave reviews for places, but the patience and kindness shown to me by the staff here, but especially by Michael is worth the attention. I came in thinking I would be quickly getting my battery replaced and had a set price expectation. I was told that because my screen had a very small crack in the corner, there was a chance I would need to pay a fairly exorbitant amount to have it replaced alongside my battery. Because I’m neurodivergent and a little ridiculous, I had a breakdown in the middle of their store. The staff here had every right to tell me “either accept the cost or go somewhere else” but instead, not only did Michael compromise with me regarding the cost of the screen, he was incredibly patient and kind and they even got my repair done not only perfectly, but ahead of schedule. I cannot thank him enough for not only helping me, but putting up with me at all. Thank you again and thank you to the staff for going above and beyond when they truly did not need to do that for me. I don’t know if there’s an incentive for good reviews for Apple employees, but Michael has more than earned it.”

“Had the memory updated in my laptop from 16 to 32 g. Price of memory has sky rocketed due to AI demand.. but it is what it is. They did a fine job. All in all, highly recommended and will use PC Development Group again if needed.”

“Our fridge broke & my partner and I found ourselves at best buy at 8pm on a Tuesday night. Tony had great customer service. He listened to what we needed (a smaller fridge due to space) while we had limited options he made sure to show us the fridges that could work for us and he was able to answer all the questions we had. When we went to put in our order, our first choice was out of stock…with a 3 week wait time. Not only did Tony get us almost the exact same fridge by a different name brand company but he was also able to save us a few hundred dollars. My partner and I were very happy with our experience.”
