Booked 17 pro at 8 am on 9/19 , pickup time given to me 1130 am. I asked specifically if I need to be at store at 1130 am ? Store person told me order is booked , I can come anytime/day after 1130 am. Came to pick phone same day at 7 Pm, was told my order got cancelled as I didn't show up in 3 hrs window and now phone is out of stock. I could have have come at 1130, but no one told me about this rule and it was confirmed to me that I can anytime. Excitement of getting new phone on launch day is dead now...thank you so much for lying.

This rating is specifically and only for Amm, one of the managers at the South Windsor Apple Store.
Thank you Amm, for all your help, for listening to my issue that I came with and really making great efforts to make the issue right. My overall experience in that store sucked. But with Amm’s help, I left that store finally feeling heard and the problem solved . I didn’t want to give this experience any starts because Apple doesn’t deserve it with the way I’ve been treated. However, I can’t discredit the service given by Amm.

I walked into this store hoping to figure out how to reset my frozen phone. Unbeknownst to me they weren't open yet and I was met with the security guard telling me to leave. I asked politely if there was anything I could do for my phone as I need it for work. Nothing. All I got was that the apple employee couldn't even help me from the security guard. No empathy or customer service to tell me the next best option or what to do next. I most certainly couldn't use my phone to find out. I'm not blaming the employee or the guard for doing their job, but Apple, you can do better. Give your associates the ability to give quality customer service even if it means directing a customer to the next best solution.

I went into this store to have my old phone wiped clear. Kayla saw me coming (old lady on crutches) and opened the door for me. She took my info and seated me. All employees were busy I think and my wait was maybe 10 minutes. When she returned to help me, Kayla was very polite and very thorough. She answered all of my questions, taking the time to view my choice for a new phone case. I really appreciated her willingness to take the time with me. (And then she walked me to the door to help me out also)

Why is the employee asking me my pin instead of having me enter it? Completely defeats the purpose for them to hear it as well as people around me. What is going on?

Just go somewhere else. Apple has become the largest scam. My battery was at 85% battery life and then an update happened and it went to 87%. I charge my phone like 3 times a day and I pay applecare+ and I need to pay for it. Zor and (manager) Ed are aweful. Both Condescending in the store and don't help. All they want to do it not help and give you headaches. If you must go to apple... Stay away from these people. I know why they work in retail now. Zero respect for customers and zero respect for anyone with issues and consistent disrespect towards us as customers.

It's always great experience there
