“I took my vehicle to Dan and his team to help me out with a very annoying repair.
I spoke with Dan and we discussed and quickly got the part I needed on order and had my vehicle in the shop as soon as the part came in.
The repair wasn’t a short job for them and like previously mentioned an annoying job.
However, they priced me out at a more than fair price. And got me in and out very easily and made sure to double check everything and top off anything that needed it in relation to the work completed.
I spoke with the mechanic in which I cannot remember his name but both Dan and his team were friendly, and when I got into details regarding the job. They were informative and helpful at explaining what they had to do and get into in order to get to the part that needed to be repaired and get the car all put back together professionally and properly.
I have had no issues with the work completed. And I will have no problem taking my vehicle back there if I ever run into an issue in which I cannot handle myself.

“When I first purchased my vehicle from Mike and Tony’s, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Unfortunately, a few challenges have come up since then.
Within six months, the car has experienced two breakdowns and is now in need of a new engine. It’s been at the service center for over a month, and I’ve been in contact with Sims (the service manager) and Tony as they continue to review the situation.
While it’s been a frustrating experience being without my vehicle, I’m hopeful that the dealership will stand behind their customer service values and help find a fair resolution.”

“I took my car to Caliber collision after a small cosmetic fender bender, and they were great. Timely and informative, not to mention extremely helpful -- My car's battery totally died while being in the shop (alternator issue) and Dave and the caliber team came out to take a look after our business was done. They also took my car back in the shop, charged it and made sure it was safe to drive, all out of the kindness of their own hearts. Caliber is the epitome of professionalism and service beyond service. 5/5, would go back any time!”
