This particular stores customer service was amazing . I was from out of town and had a faulty boot with me. I showed them the receipt, and how the boot wasn't that old. They pointed out how it was defective and replaced it for me. I'm very grateful for their staff and their knowledge.

My old Carhartt J97 jacket had a broken zipper. While shopping for a new one I was advised by Rob, the salesman, that Carhartt would probably fix it no charge. He shipped it out for me and I got it back yesterday with a new zipper! Lost a sale but kept a customer.

They have most Carhart clothing you could want. Mostly, go for the clearance items. You need to hit it at the right time. Usually, changing of the season is best can get great deals then. The employees are helpful and nice there.
