Returned an online order on the store. Made an exchange. And, received a refund due to a price reduction.

This store is a terrible place to shop for plus size women. They had 3 pairs of pants over a size 14. I’ve been to many more loft stores with wide range of inclusive sizes. I am a size 16 and the corner I could shop in was laughable. Do not support this store

Friendly staff, clean store with great clothing options. As someone who normally doesn't like clothes shopping, Loft was able to offer me a plethora of options that made me more than happy
