“We had a wonderful buying experience with Maylee from the Manchester, CT store. She walked us through every option, took the time to explain every feature, helped us set up the app and we left happy & fully knowledgeable about our new mattress. We walked into the store with the expectation that we were just looking & left with a new King Split Top. We felt absolutely no pressure from her to buy. We've never owned a Sleep Number bed before & very excited to get it delivered. We will definitely be reccomending Maylee & this store to family & friends.”
“The crew to drop off my mattress came early, the product was brought up the stairs well, and the mattress is very comfortable. Happy with the service I was provided!”
“Dan has been amazing in finding me incredible items for my nonprofit donations and raffles, as well as helping me and my family with appliance and other needs. Much appreciated.”
“Yvette was very helpful and patient with our search. She is an asset to this company. Hard to find someone that is so patient with people who are not 100% sure what they want.”
“This review is based on only the service I received buying the mattress. I went in a rush, told them how quickly I needed the mattress. Tim did not waste anytime and found an open bag mattress with adjustable frame right in my budget. I am so pleased with tim.”
“My experience at Mattress Firm in Glastonbury was Wonderful! I went there a few times to ask questions and to try out mattresses. All of the sales/sleep specialists were very knowledgeable and friendly. I talked with Kale, Kevin, and the store manager, Shane. I purchased my mattress today with Shane. I feel that I am getting a great quality mattress at a very good price. I highly recommend this business! (My mattress will be delivered in 2 weeks.)”
“Had the BEST experience here today. This came up on my Facebook feed and we were in the market for a love seat and a mattress. We found BOTH here and were blown away by the prices - much much less than a mattress or furniture store. Everything brand new & the owner Jimmy was so kind and honest and friendly. Definitely will be back for future purchases and will tell all my friends.”
“They were on time with the delivery and worked extremely hard to get my king mattress via stairway to the 3rd floor. This is the second delivery they did for me. I will be ordering again. Thank you 😊”

“Kevin was incredibly helpful! He triple-checked our order to make sure we were picking up the right items. He took his time and carefully tied our mattress and box spring to the top of our car, and he even insisted on a courtesy call to make sure we made it to our destination safely. Thanks for your wonderful service!”

They also have a little area in the main section of the store that has coffee, candy, and a place to sit if you need to wait a bit before loading your furniture into the car.
