We had a very rough experience with a competitor earlier this morning and they made the delivery quick and easy. $.40 cheaper/gallon than we were charged by the other company as well. Most importantly, the delivery driver was very kind and polite so they’ve got our business.”

My car had some stubborn stains from wet leaves sitting on the car for too long. I asked the guys at the car wash if they had anything to fix it without damaging my car’s paint. They were able to take care of it in a matter of minutes and the car looks great! Definitely recommend”

“Moved to Cheshire CT recently with my family. We required gas for our kitchen stove. Called Hocon, Karen was amazing and came out to visit our site, was a joy to interact with, explained the process, equipment, site requirements and lease vs own options. After consideration and calling many providers, we decided to go with Karen and Hocon. An appointment was made to install our tank and line. On the date of the appointment Phil, Cam and Alex showed up promptly at the beginning of their appointment window, escorted me around to go over the game plan for install and went to work. They worked with proficiency and cleanliness. In no time my tank was in place. On leaving we chatted casually in a manner that made me feel like family. Kudos to the entire staff at Hocon, we look forward to a long relationship.”

Just wanted to say that I REALLY APPRECIATE the fact that they're open on Christmas. (I get it for reasons alot [almost all] of other stores gas stations are closed this day). THAT SAID, being open on Christmas is a LIFE SAVER for so many people. There's always things someone forgot/NEEDS for the day. Be it Milk, cream, butter, COFFEE, gas or even smokes (if thats your thing).
I, personally, went there THREE times that day. Also let the people sacrificing their 'Holiday' or part of it, kno how grateful I was. (So much, so, that 2 days later, I'm writing this review- and I RARELY write ANY reviews).

“The speed and efficiency of the team there was fabulous. The Truck i rented was a bit older but, worked perfectly for the belongings we needed to move.
The window glass could use a cleaning.
The process of the pre-check in could have been explained in the reservation process a bit better to help save time during the pick up. Perhaps I missed the information in my haste.
Everything else was great and always is.
Olivia handled everything like a pro and was a fraction of a second ahead of me during check in, to help keep things moving along well for me, for her and the team, and the customers on line behind me.

“Bemers saved my butt when I called them the day before Thanksgiving because my propane tank was empty and I had 17 people coming for dinner the next day. I tried calling the company I had been getting propane from at least 5 times - including their emergency number and had NO RESPONSE.
I wasn't even a customer of Bemers but they were at my house within 2 hours of calling their emergency number.”

“We have used imperial at least 3 times and I am always impressed by their professionalism and quality of their work. They are responsive and keep us updated throughout the job. They were very helpful recently when we had a leak in our basement. Another plumber wanted to rip down a wall to replace a whole section of pipe.
