“I had a car rental towed to this location after a lock out and traveled to get back into the car after relocating the car key.Though my vehicle was from an Enterprise Car Rental location, the assistance I received from this location exceeded any help from previous Enterprise locations.The best customer service that I've ever received from Enterprise was from Nick at this location. Nick was incredibly helpful, had a positive attitude, and was so patience even though it technically wasn't his issue to solve (as he is in truck rental and I had a car rental). I appreciated all of his help. I hope his dedication and care is recognized.”
“Service was good and the check-in process was easy. The truck definitely was making quite a bit of noise from what I suspect to be a poor transmission. Didn't cause any issues but definitely was a concern for breaking down. Seems like it needed a little maintenance.”

“I have used budget on two occasions. Once is 2019 and again July 2022. I would suggest to make a truck reservation ahead of time because trucks are now rented out more frequently for small business users. Although they didnt have many trucks this time around Liz was more than accommodating to my needs during her hectic day. we has super kind and polite. I would definitely recommend just prepare ahead of time.”
