“I have been going here for over 3 years now, and it has single-handedly been the very best I've been to. I work at the local MyEyeDr next to ShopRite. This branch office has wonderful staff, warm decor, and very convenient hours. Today was the latest in amazing experiences. I had the honor and pleasure of being helped by a gorgeously beautiful, Hispanic young woman (who's name I wish I had gotten) with getting my debit card pin fixed. She was very personable, comforting, had a delightful laugh, and I'm certain if I could have seen it, a tender warming smile that'd make any bad experience a great one. Sadly, I will be leaving my job here in town to another in Stratford, but if I find myself in town, I will stop by. Hopefully to work with the amazing staff, especially the young woman I worked with, once again.”

“I’ve been a Chase customer for over 40 years. I’ve never been asked to let another customer go in front of me before in my life. The teller did so at this location. In addition, I was told it would be better if I made an appointment next time. I understand my transaction was going to take longer to process than just a deposit, but I waited on line, waited my turn just like everyone else. Perhaps additional tellers should be at the counter during busier times? The situation was handled poorly.”

I just showed up at 10am unannounced and was able to have a meeting with "Melissa" and will bring my daughters when they get out of school today for their first bank accounts!
