“This is my FAVORITE Verizon store! The employees are so welcoming and knowledgable. They go out of their way to get to know their customers and help them in every way possible. They know the true definition of customer service. I will never go to any other Verizon store. Tyler and Bruno are AMAZING!!!”
“We had the pleasure to work with Krystal when updating our iPhones and verizon service. The Verizon online backend was clunky and buggy, maybe due to having large sales volume, but Krystal knew how to work through or call in for help. Even days later she still worked the account.

“When I got up this morning I was getting nothing but pop up ads. I had to be in Stratford so I went to a T Mobile store there. The young man there helped me and I thought whatever he had done, but 45 minutes later the ads started again.
I stopped at T Mobile in Watertown.
Miles was Great!
He took my phone, looked at the apps that were running and unistalled the app causing the problem. He showed me how to check if the ads ever started again.
After a day of torment, Miles solved my issue in 30 seconds!
