“I purchased a fire stick that did not work in my television took it back and the gentleman in the store started yelling at me raising his voice I had to tell him several times to stop yelling. Telling me he couldn’t take the product back nor could he refund my money all refunds are final and there was no sense of compromise. All of the stuff the in the store is all refurbished you’re gonna get a piece of garbage and we are you to realize that would you try to take it back he is going to try to make you look like you are insufficient it an incompetent of learning how technology works. “Earlier tonight, we visited this Metro PCS location. We were waited on by the delightful Julie. What a terrific employee!!! She engaged my very shy son so sweetly and she helped us with EVERYTHING. After having first visited the location at the mall where they told us the charge to update our existing lines to new phones was over $100 per line, Julie explained that this location charges $30 per line. And she helped us pick out the perfect phone for each of us. I've been a Metro PCS customer for around 8 years now and I love the service and the price. I will always go back to Julie for anything else we need. Thank you, Julie!!!”

“As a Baby Boomer raised in the analog world, nothing rattles me like a phone that suddenly refuses to text, call, or connect to anything. I rebooted everything but the toaster...still dead.
So I headed to T‑Mobile, where Alfonso and Antonio were steering the ship. I explained my digital disaster, and they calmly said they’d figure it out. Then the finger‑magic began. I’ve never seen thumbs move that fast. Alfonso updated, tapped, swiped, and basically brought my phone back from the brink. In minutes, everything worked again. These two were polite, patient, and absolute lifesavers. Honestly, after what they pulled off, they at least deserve a trophy, or maybe a parking spot with their names on it. Thx again.”

The people that I have delt with over the years have been great, but today was exceptional. I inadvertently downloaded malware rendering my phone useless.
Stopped in to see if I could get help. I was in luck Sam & Edwin ( higher level managers) were in to check in on the store. Sam cheerfully spent time trying to unbug my phone, all the while engaging me in a pleasant conversation to lower my stress and anxiety. The phone was a certifable mess however with an assist from Edwin the malware was eradicated
While I have always received great service from Cricket employees, today was beyond exceptional, thank you Sam and Edwin.”
