I have used this facility for many years with no issues. This year I had a package and a wall hanging to be shipped. Dropped off on Sunday and on Monday received a call that the dimensions were incorrect and it would cost almost 400. To ship the wall hanging. I went back to pick it up and was credited for the wall hanging but had to pay $10. For bubble wrap in the box.
Just want to share my 10.00 bubble wrap Never again!

I rolled in at 6:23 PM (I know, I know) to print a bunch of copies of presentation for work and they let me stay after they were closed and were very nice.

I visit this UPS about once a month to return items purchased online, and have always been met with fast, efficient, and friendly service, even though I always pop in at the busiest times (weekdays around 5 pm, or Saturdays around 2 pm). Today, I mistakenly brought an item that was only for return to USPS, only realizing after I had entered the store that I should have brought it to the post office, not UPS. The staff still kindly taped up my unsealed package for me, slipped the return shipping label into a plastic shipper, attached it to the package and placed it in their USPS outgoing bin. This was very much appreciated, as I had rushed in after work, on my way to another appt, and it was my mistake in not reading my own shipping label carefully.

If you’re shipping items then make sure to box them yourself, this location charges $10 on top of the price of the box just to wrap items.

I had to send multiple packages back to Amazon. I always preferred the store (UPS, USPS and Fed Ex) in union square because they were so accommodating. I just learned that this one, in the plaza, is under new ownership! I guessed that after being treated well. They got to me in minutes tho the store was filled. Obviously, they knew what they were doing.

Needed to get 2 pages notarized. Went there at 12pm and the employee told me to come back in a few hours because it was busy. Came back at 4pm and had the two pieces of paper ready for him. He told me to "hurry up, he didn't have all day". I was in front of him for roughly 10-15 seconds. Wonderfully friendly service. Sorry you can't handle all 3 customers in the store.
