In person branches are very good, but twice now via phone I was waiting over 20 minutes for an agent and then decided to opt for a call back which never occurred.

Excellent service the fraud department beautiful service wouldn't want a bank anywhere else what are all the credit unions in Banks American Eagle is number one you will not go wrong choosing American Eagle I say this on my own hearts 💕🥰

If you want to use the atm, expect to wait because of the drive up teller that blocks it
