“Great customer service! True small town pride in what they do and extremely friendly. They have just about everything that the large improvement stores have and, in many cases, like the molding, even a bigger and cheaper selection with higher quality materials. Highly recommend you should stop in for your home improvement needs!”

“My Husband and I walked in unsure of what we wanted and walked out without a question in our mind. The show room was expansive, they have the best prices around, and Brian made the experience clear and effortless. He was very knowledgeable and we couldn't speak higher of our experience.”

“Not perfect but 5 stars for doing an important community service.Think Hab for Humanity Rehome Store but with way more Home Depot/Lowes stuff and no furniture. These nice people created a space to keep everything you'd find new at the home depot from getting trashed and chucked after rennovations, defunt contractors, and leftovers from jobs.A lot of donations here that might be perfect your your project. Perfectly good sinks, tiles, lights, tools, hardware, doors, cabinets, windows, and architectural salvage items.lIf you ever saw the waste leftover from construction and wished someone would have the courage to save that stuff and offer it for others to use at reasonable prices... they did it.Yes... It is a little unorganized (and overwhelming at first) and you gotta dig through (but they are very nice and helpful), there is not always every tool or part, but name another place in the region even trying to do this! For just a couple of folks trying their best they do admirably and deserve community support. This place is a treasure trove for any house built before 1999. The vintage doors and windows alone can save your bacon on a home project. Their prices are amazing... seriously a public service. I always round up or throw in an extra few dollars to help their mission. If they could just get some grant money and more volunteers to organize and inventory, this place could take off. Please support them with quality donations fixtures, tools, hardware, etc... and check there first before you go to the big box.Once you go look around at everything and then keep it in mind as projects come up at your house. Thanks to the folks at this store for doing what you do! Don't let the critics get you down. I can see your vision for what you want to do... where you are trying to go with this and it's beyond 5 stars! ☮️?”

“Needed replacement parts for Anderson Sliding Glass doors. Leo was very helpful finding the parts as the doors are over 20 years old. He took the time with a complete novice like me and got what I needed”

“I'm giving 4 stars because normally they have what I need. I took one star away for knowledge and staffing. I understand that in 2022 it's difficult to get new staff but at least train the ones you have well. There costumer service skills suck. Unlike depot lowes doesn't bring in knowledgeable dept heads like lic plumbers or electricians so sometimes trying to get a question answered is impossible. I pretty much live at plainville lowes but have had to shop at the Bloomfield store, OMG if I could give that store 0 stars I would. It's horrible. Attitude, customer service, ability to get products that were out but sitting on the upper shelf for a week and none one restocking!! Horrible”

“Out all the home improvement stores I like Lowes the most. I can always find someone to help me when I need it.Many times I have brought appliances here. They will match the price if you find it lower some where else and their service protection plan is excellent, also if you never use it they will refund a portion of what you paid back.Making a exchange, or return is always easy. If you use a Lowes credit card on any purchase you receive a 5% discount. That's a nice savings on big purchases.”
