Location was good, attentive staff, but faulty hvac fan was blowing cold air and we had to shut it off and turned cold, so we turned on and turned up the heat We woke up at 2:45am with an ear ache and stuffy nose. I reported it so they can fix it. Fan wouldn't shut off high and cold air.
