He also took the initiative to thoroughly review our business account, and made sure that everything on the account is correct. There were a couple of things we had been paying for that we were unaware of when I initial set up the account. He was able to remove the items on the account that we discussed. Lucas noted that he back tracked to when we set up the account, and that we would receive a refund.
